Each project is led by a dedicated Rauch Safety project manager who supervises scheduling, subcontractor performance, and compliance tracking from mobilization through handover.

2. Commissioning Management & System Validation

  • From Design to Verified Performance: We oversee final commissioning and testing of systems to verify full operational compliance with design intent, manufacturer specifications, and governing codes.
